Update on fatal hit and run

This vehicle is similar to the one involved in the incident.

Updated information from Florida Highway Patrol on their search for a hit and run vehicle that killed a man Saturday on Big Pine Key:

On Saturday 1-3-2015 at approximately 10:33 PM a 2003-2008 Toyota Matrix (see the picture for a vehicle similar to the one involved) was traveling eastbound on 1st Street towards Avenue A.  This suspect vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian and fled the scene traveling southbound on Avenue A.

The Toyota is missing a passenger side front fender, inner panel.  If someone you know drives one of these vehicles and you haven’t seen this vehicle since the date of the crash, notify law enforcement.
