On Wednesday at the quarterly Law Enforcement Luncheon held at the Naval Air Station Fly Navy building, the State Attorney’s Office gave a special award to Sheriff’s General Counsel Patrick McCullah for his ongoing efforts to promote a spirit of cooperation between the two agencies.
