Fund raiser, Special Olympics

Captain Don Fanelli spoke at a fund raiser for Special Olympics and the Police Officer Assistance Trust (POAT) at the Big Chill this past weekend. The event was organized by the Cartel Custom Baggers. Here is the captain, his wife, some members of the Cartel and a few Special Olympics athletes.
