Traffic survey

Yesterday, a Sheriff's Traffic Deputy & FDOT Contractors conducted a survey at West College Road & SR 5 to plan for crash reduction improvements.  Today, a rear end collision at that location demonstrated the need by causing traffic delays due to a distracted driver on a cell phone.  The driver was charged with distracted driving.
