Helping out with the effort: Sgt. Joel Slough’s squad found the families who needed help and Sgt. Nick Whiteman’s squad donated decorations for the trees. Home Depot donated the trees and Marathon Rotary donated Publix gift cards for the families as well. Deputy Aaron Coller was the organizing force behind this effort.
