The Sheriff’s Office is now issuing vehicle re-entry stickers at the Plantation Key substation for citizens with documents proving they live in Monroe County. The stickers are now available at the Sheriff’s Office substation at 50 High Point Road.
Make sure to bring identification that proves you live in Monroe County. The stickers are used to more efficiently move vehicles into Monroe County after evacuations caused by hurricanes or similar events.
The stickers are color-coded by area and similar stickers are available at the Marathon, Cudjoe Key and Stock Island substations.
