Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay (right) and Internal Affairs Inspector Michelle Maxwell (left)are joined byCayo Hueso Resorts owner Joyce Benavides (center) Wednesday. Benavides dropped off a box of teddy bears at the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.The bears are given to children involved in traffic crashes, domestic violence situations and other traumatic events. Benavides and group of volunteers collect and donate the bears every year.
