Bomb Squad handles military flare report

Boy Scouts camping on Munson Island (27mm oceanside) found a military marker flare and called for help from the Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad. Sgt. Mike Digiovanni and Deputy Chris Duncan used the opportunity to educate them about use of the flares, and their potential hazards.
