The Sheriff’s Office and several other agencies came together Tuesday to clean up an area on Card Sound Road commonly called “Jet Ski Beach”.
Trash weighing a ton was removed from the area Tuesday with the help of Monroe County Public Works, the Florida Highway Patrol, the U.S. Park Service, youth from Outward Bound, Sheriff’s Office road patrol, detectives, corrections officers and jail inmates.
“This is another amazing effort to by all of our collective agencies to keep our community clean,” said Sheriff Rick Ramsay.
