Deputy Lazaro Valdez has been working hard to keep Stock Island and College Road clean. Here is a before and after picture of a cleanup project on 10th Avenue, Stock Island. He has also been working hard cleaning up trash in the mangroves bordering College Road. In one area, he found a booby trap set up in a homeless camp; Monroe County Public Works helped to safely remove it before anyone got hurt.
