September 15, 2017
From the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority:
  • The FKAA’s phone line has been repaired. Call 305-296-2454 to report water leaks. Only two lines are currently available, so please be patient. The authority is not responding to “no water” calls at this time.
  • Stock Island and Key Haven: Water is now available 24/7. The Boil Water Notice is still in effect.
  • Key West: Extended hours for water availability are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Boil Water Notice: Still in effect Keyswide. More information is available here:
  • Sanitary Use Only: It is imperative that water use be limited to consumption (boil) and sanitary uses only to get needed water resources to Keys residents who have none. Sanitary conditions are critical at this time, and water should only be used for kitchen needs, showering, toilet flushing and other essential sanitary uses. Car washing, boat washing, exterior home washing and other non-sanitary uses are not permitted at this time.
