The Florida Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the hit and run death of a Lower Keys woman Sunday in the early morning hours. Their investigation has led to updated information about the driver and vehicle who hit 43 year old Nehama Rena Mondzioch on Ramrod Key as she rode home from work on her bicycle.
Updated information:
The truck that hit Mondzioch is a GM brand 2500 series, dark blue - almost black - in color. The driver is a white male, late 20s to early 30s.
FHP investigators are asking for the public's assistance in gathering more information in the case.
