Nine vehicle burglaries overnight in Marathon

Sheriff’s detectives in Marathon are investigating nine vehicle burglaries which took place overnight on 50^th Street and 50^thCourt.

All the vehicles were unlocked when they were entered. Three cell phones and two flashlights were the only things of significance taken from the vehicles aside from some miscellaneous change.

Detective Leon Bourcier is assigned to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 305-289-2430 or Crime stoppers of the Florida Keys at 1-800-346-TIPS.
